Commercial and Finance Co-ordinator
An exciting new opportunity has been created within a specialist firm in East Kent. The successful candidate will work closely with the Commercial and Finance Director to ensure the smooth day to day operations of the finance department.
Responsibilities include supporting the C&F Director in:
* Entering data onto the accountancy software
* Multi-currency bank reconciliations - investigating any differences found
* Invoice processing
* Continually reviewing and updating existing procedures to maintain maximum efficiency
* Credit Control - Reduce amount of arrears of existing clients
* Adhoc HR duties
You will be working as the C&F Directors right-hand person and therefore personality fit is the most important requirement for this position. The ideal candidate will be open-minded and forward thinking. They will be able to liaise at a senior level, and not afraid to bring their own ideas to the table.
