A fantastic innovative company specialising in energy comparisons are looking for Call Centre Advisors.
Duties will include:
* Take or make calls to prospective and existing customers;
* Answering questions about product specification and pricing to try to switch sell;
* Accurately entering customer data;
* Going the extra mile to hit targets and KPIs.
One week 9am-5pm followed by one week 12pm-8pm rotating.
Working one weekend in every 4 with two days off the following week.
Paying between £8.21 - £8.71/hr depending on experience.
This is a temp to perm assignment starting immediately.
