Customer Service Administrator - Temp Opportunity

Recruiting on behalf of our established client in the Rainham area, we are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. Your role would consist of:
* Responding to customer queries and orders
* Managing correspondence to customers via social media platforms
* Processing customer orders
* General Administration
Requirements for this role include:
* Strong people skills
* Strong customer service skills
