About the role:
The key focus of this role is to provide a professional and efficient front line service to CAF’s internal and external customers incorporating a variety of administrative tasks.
You will welcome and assist visitors, assist with general telephone enquiries and carry out a variety of tasks to include controlling meeting room bookings, processing invoices making lunch bookings. You will also support the Facilities team by training to perform DSE assessments and helping to maintain the system. You will be trained to support the post room as required, and cross trained to provide support for all areas of the department. Provide support and general administrative support for the Facilities Coordinator. Cover of our London Office reception will be required on occasion. Training will also be provided in First Aid and aspects of Health and Safety.
In order to fulfil this role previous experience in a similar position would be an advantage, also the ability to multi task, prioritise your workload, maintain a positive attitude to your work at all times and be very customer service focused. Excellent organisational and communication skills and a working knowledge of MS Office packages are essential for this position. Above all this we are looking for a person with a positive can do attitude, good sense of humour and who is willing to go the extra mile.
We require the successful candidate to work 35 hours per week. 8/9.00am until 4/5.00pm Monday to Friday.
