Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve personal sales targets and meet publishing/task deadlines;
- Achieve required yields;
- Achieve required activity and conversion ratios (CSFs);
- Perform to company standards/expectation, meet deadlines and maintain systems;
- Contribute to developing and maintaining a positive/can do team spirit at all times;
- Maintain strong lines of communication with line manager, sales manager, team members and all departments;
- Promote an appropriate and positive manner at all times.
