As property manager you have primary responsibility for the day-to-day running of the property and ensuring that the relationship between the company your represent, landlord and tenant is proactive and healthy.
Overview:
- To be an effective point of contact between our client and the landlord in the management of their property.
- To effectively handle and manage our clients lettings maintenance enquiries in whichever format they are provided e.g. email, telephone call, visitor to the office.
- To ensure that any works instructed on properties that are managed by our client are undertaken by qualified and verified tradesman and are completed to an acceptable standard.
- To ensure that you effectively communicate with landlord, tenant, supplier and colleagues with regards to all dealings on each property and that all notes are correctly recorded.
- To ensure all other matters relating to the management of each property are completed in a timely and professional way with adequate notes - To be professional at all times and represent our clients lettings positively and proactively.
Five days a week to include at least one Saturday ever four weeks. 0830-1730
