Our successful client in Ashford, are currently looking to recruit a Data Entry Clerk on an on-going temporary basis to join their team!
This role presents an exciting opportunity to work within a friendly, sociable and supportive environment. It requires a good working knowledge of Microsoft software including Excel, Word & Outlook as there is a need for accurate data entry and report preparation.
Some of these duties will include -
* Data entry of invoices
* Coding of invoices
* Transferring ad hoc bits of information between systems
* Ensuring the accuracy of the information on the system
The successful applicant will be -
* Immediately available
* Accurate and able to work quickly
* Consistent & Trustworthy
