The Role:
We are looking for a Midweight Graphic Designer to join our busy in-house marketing team situated on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells. You will be required to work on a wide variety of design projects, as allocated by the Lead Creative/Senior Designers including:
* Developing brand and corporate identities
* Print and online advertising
* Exhibition and display stands
* Eebsite design
* In-house magazines
* Digital designing for social media
You will be expected to:
* Ensure full understanding of clients' briefs
* Be a team player including working closely with the other departments within the Marketing Division
* Be a champion for our brands, ensuring quality and consistency is met
* Provide time estimates for each job
* Log your daily activities on project management system
* Present options for design treatments
* Create final designs within budget and deadline restrictions
* Make amends, according to client's directions
* Ensure accuracy in design and copy
* Work the following regular hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm, including 1 hour lunch break
Skills & Experience: Required
* Minimum 3 years' experience working in graphic design or closely related field
* Experience of working with large corporate clients
* Software expertise - Adobe Illustrator / InDesign / Photoshop
* Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines
* Demonstrable flair for typography and visual creativity through print and digital design
* Ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues via a variety of methods
* Originality in design
* Multi-tasking and prioritisation of projects according to deadlines
* You will report in the first instance to the Lead Graphic Designer and also to the Creative Director.Skills & Experience: Desired

* Experience of insurance / B2B and B2C marketing
* Basic web development skills
* An understanding of animation e.g. After Effects CC, Animate CC Necessary Personal Attributes:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Team player
* Strong work ethic
* organised and positive can-do approach
* Flexible attitude to working hours
* Full, clean UK driving licence
* Must be fully eligible to work in UK
* Self-motivated
