Join an established, professional and successful company, based in the heart of Tunbridge Wells, who are expanding their dynamic and loyal team and looking for a motivated, mature and willing candidate to join them following the development of new projects.

Unlike any other junior full-time office role, our client are offering the rare chance to train and become certified by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), all facilitated and financed by the company. Our client also offer long-term prospects and progression routes within the company.

This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn! You will work in a really varied role, spanning general HR support administration, client contact and visits, team support and delivering good service to business customers, whilst working and training under the wing of an expert HR Manager.


Demonstrate:
- A bubbly, personable nature
- Willingness to learn and commitment to training
- IT proficiency/data entry
- Team work skills
- Maths GCSE grade B or above
- ALevel or equivalent level of education or higher
- Good customer service skills
- A full clean driving license, for off-site visits

No previous experience in HR or an office needed. Enjoy working within a fun, professional and progressive office with likeminded colleagues. Full comprehensive training and support offered.

Work Monday to Friday (no weekends!) - 9am-5:30pm.

**You will need to drive and have a full clean license**

Great alternative to university or for someone looking to steer their career following completion of a degree.
