This is an exciting new full time role based at Rumwood Green Farm, for someone to pursue their keen interest and passion for IT.

You will be part of the IT team providing a range of services and support to the business. Under the direction of the IT manager your Primary roles will be:

1) Linkfresh Super user
On site helpdesk support for users of our Linkfresh/Navision application
Coordinate support requests as required with Linkfresh/Navision partner
Analysis and reporting support to drive business information
2) All other business wide software, primarily Microsoft /Office 365
On site helpdesk support
Coordinate support requests as required with Microsoft/vendor partners
3) Support as required in the installation and maintenance of the business’s IT Networks, Hardware and infrastructure

Knowledge skills and experience

Preferable but not essential:

European Computer Driving Licence or similar
Linkfresh, MS Dynamics, Navision, SAP, or other ERP systems
Windows operating systems and applications, Office 365
Fixed and wireless networks
An Interest in both hardware and software
Full training where necessary will be provided
