Working for a large established industrial agriculture and plant factory you will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team.
Key Responsibilities include:
To provide daily administrative support to the finance team. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Purchase ledger duties including processing supplier invoices and payments
• Management of petty cash
• Monthly nominal ledger duties, including accruals and prepayments
• General administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the department
Skills and Knowledge Required:
• Previous experience in a similar role or a qualification in Business Accountancy
• A working knowledge of an ERP system
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to work to a high level of accuracy
• Highly developed organisational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to exhibit a high degree of confidentiality and discretion
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
