Based in newly opened, ultra-modern offices you will join the Kings Hill branch of a well established and performance-driven recruitment consultancy.
The Role
You will receive full ground-up training with view to becoming a 360 degree recruitment consultant. Full support and training will be delivered from the superb branch manager and also the MD of the organisation, leading the successful candidate through each stage of the recruitment process.
You will identify and construct a client base, utilising customer and client facing experience to problem solve and meet the requirements of your clients. Advertising open roles, identifying and contacting suitable candidates then interviewing and seeing the process through will form the base of the role.

Approx £19k+ starting salary + uncapped bonus - realistic targets = £30,000+
