Due to the continued growth of the company and client requirements we are actively recruiting for new team members.
Could you ensure that our callers enjoy the best service when they call us for assistance? You will need to be the kind of person who takes pride in doing things well, keen to learn and build a great future with the friendly and supportive team at Ansacom.

You will receive plenty of training and coaching every step of the way. What really matters is that you put your customers first in everything you do. You enjoy helping people, listening to what they want and getting everything absolutely right for them.

You will need to be flexible and able to think quickly too. After all, no two calls are the same here. You can look forward to real variety plus the chance to progress within our award winning growth company.
We are able to offer both full time and part time roles.

Hours and environment
We are a 24/7 provider and currently looking for the following operators :
Full time shifts : Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm
9.00am to 6.00pm. 3pm to Midnight.
Weekend shifts : Saturday 8.30am to 5.30pm and 4pm to Midnight.
Part time shifts and flexible working hours available and always considered

Entry level
Good telephone manner
Typing skills of 40- 60 words per minute
Willingness to learn
Call centre experience useful but not essential
Experience of Live Chat useful
