This role is offered on a Temp to perm basis

Salary is based on £25-27k per annum depending on experience

Our client who are a community based healthcare agency are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join them they are responsible for design services to get people to the care they need quickly, and help them back to independence as effectively as possible.

Reporting to the head of HR this fast paced recruitment role will require experienced candidates to be able to offer end to end in-house recruitment to their team

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

* Excellent communication skills and good attention to detail
* Be able to confidentially engage with candidates / line managers / the operational teams / directors and other stakeholders
* Have strong social media understanding on how to attract top talent
* Support the recruitment process end-to-end ensuring that the candidate's journey is a positive one
* You will need to be proactive in delivering the best quality in-house recruitment service as possible
* Be able to work to tight deadlines and targets

The role:

* Full management of own vacancies
* Supporting their staff with recruitment vacancy queries
* Day-to-day management of these vacancies and writing of social media posts
* Writing recruitment campaigns including creating content for these posts
* Assisting to develop and promote the clients brand as well as developing and editing recruitment videos
* Leading and managing recruitment campaigns for example to include working with educational establishments and recruitment fairs to attract new candidates

This position is full time, working 40 hours per week. Flexible working pattern (to suit business need)
