Salary Basic negotiable OTE 50k for delivering £140k GP

We are Growing!! Netbox Recruitment are looking to speak with 1st class communicators who are confident in hunting, cultivating and retaining business based relationships. We are recruiting Experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our successful and motivated team.

Based in open plan offices with floor to ceiling windows and a location to die for 5 minutes of the M20 in Ryarsh in Kent. We are passionate, driven and talented communicators who deliver a REFRESHING APPROACH to recruitment.

We are known by our clients as Brand Ambassadors, we know how important it is to engage and communicate with knowledge, passion and enthusiasm, we provide the only "Red Carpet" recruitment service and we know how good we are because our clients and candidates tell us over and over again.

Competitive salaries with the best commission structures in the business are guaranteed (Up to 40% of perm GP). This is coupled with incentives to reward performance (Trips to Marbella, Bruges and Amsterdam have been enjoyed).

The role will require you to deliver excellent customer service both face to face and over the phone.

- You will have a geographical location full of companies that will benefit from the recruitment service you provide

- You will develop a candidate database of exceptional people and you will project manage their job search in the local market

- Targets and a multi-channelled sales based strategy will be implemented to help you convert and win new business

The role is very varied and no two days are the same.........

- Meeting and exceeding revenue based sales targets

- Making outbound calls to local businesses arranging face to face meetings to discuss our recruitment solution

- Meeting and interviewing candidates

- Attending Networking events

- Following structured sales plans

Core office hours are Monday to Friday 8.30-5.30 however flexibility is offered, you will manage your own day-to day actions and movements. Part-time and flexi hours could also be considered.
