Migrant Help is a leading charity that has been established for over 50 years and delivers a range of support and advice services to migrants across the UK. We are currently recruiting for a Quality Assessor based in our Dover office.
This role is open to both internal and external applicants.
The scope of the role will be to carry out our audits and assessments both internally and with external suppliers to ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements. The postholder will report on their findings and find opportunities for improvement to drive operational quality procedures and standards.
The post-holder will provide support and deliver feedback to colleagues in order to drive understanding and compliance to quality standards. They will build positive relationships and a strong network to create an open and honest environment for the assessments and audits to take place. They will take responsibility for ensuring timely completion of quality assessments and audits, working with colleagues and partners to develop a strong and efficient audit plan. The successful candidate will keep up to date with new processes or trends within the world of Quality Assurance, being open to new ways of working and having an understanding of how these changes can be applied to Migrant Help’s ways of working.
The post-holder will ensure all work is carried out to a high level of accuracy and ensure compliance with all company and other relevant standards and regulations at all times. They will build positive relationships across the organisation to increase quality awareness and support our continuous improvement. The post-holder will be able to create internal audit plans and structures, overseeing and organizing the audits with colleagues, managers and external partners to ensure a smooth operation and timely outcome.
The post-holder will have a thorough understanding of Migrant Help’s processes and values, as well as customer service experience.
The successful candidate will be flexible in approach, have a willingness to work unsocial hours and undertake frequent travel.
