Service Co-ordinator required to carry out admin duties in our busy office in Kent. The ideal candidate will be motivated, flexible and be able to work as part of a team.
Must be able to use initiative and to prioritise work-load as we are re-active to emergency call-outs. Good communication skills and computer literacy required. Tasks include maintaining and creating spreadsheets, phoning clients and customers, booking services onto our In-House System, emailing clients and suppliers, occasionally attending meetings with clients.
Training will be provided.
