We are currently recruiting a Senior Recruitment Advisor. Reporting to the Head of HR this is a fast-paced end-to-end recruitment role in a growing company.
Managing your own vacancies whilst assisting the team day-to-day, some of your responsibilities will include:
• Managing own vacancies
• Assisting recruitment staff with vacancy queries
• Day-to-day management and writing of social media posts
• Writing recruitment ad / campaigns including creating and procuring content; helping to create and implement social media plans
• Assisting to develop and promote the Healthshare employer brand as well as developing and editing recruitment videos
• Leading and managing recruitment campaigns for example: with educational establishments and recruitment fairs.
The successful candidate will:
• Have excellent communication skills
• Confidently engage with: - candidates / line managers / the operational teams / directors and other stakeholders
• Support the recruitment process end-to-end ensuring that the candidate’s journey is a positive one
• Be very proactive in delivering the best quality in-house recruitment service
• Be able to work to tight deadlines
This position is full time, working 40 hours per week. Flexible working pattern (to suit business need) and based in Kings Hill, Kent.
