Office Angels is currently seeking an experienced Customer Care Administrator to work for a close-knit family run business in Strood.
In this role you will be working within a team of 3, and you will be responsible for providing Administrative support to Management, and Representatives. Another key part of the role will be to provide an outstanding level of customer service to new, and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to)
* Maintain and monitor the company database, and customer records
* Manage a general mailbox and answer customer queries
* To call customers that have made an enquiry on the company website to discuss their requirements
* Manage colleague's diaries
* Call customers to take feedback
* To act as the first point of contact for all telephone calls to the department
* To liaise between other departments in the business to resolve order queries
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
* Similar experience within a customer focused role
* Confident attitude
* Good telephone communication skills
* Strong attention to deal
Hours of work are 1pm - 8pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday. And Saturday between 9am - 1pm, and Sunday working from home for 4 hours of your choice.
