Customer Support Coordinator

Salary: 20,000 per annum

Hours: Full Time (Rota - 8am - 4:30pm and 9am - 5:30pm)

Permanent role

Discretionary bonus at the end of the year

Boasting amazing offices, a friendly and skilled team and highly professional environment, our client is looking for a new recruit (Customer Support Coordinator) whom will deliver the highest level of customer service by developing strong, lasting relationships with clients and providers.

Queries are managed via email, internal systems and via the telephone, so a clear, articulate telephone manner is highly advantageous. Accuracy, an aptitude to prioritise workloads and ability to stay focused on a task from start to finish is a must.



Duties of the Customer Support Administrator include:

* To provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
* To monitor all orders through the business and resolve any issues when necessary.
* To be the first point of contact for any customer service related queries.
* To ensure the Support Team processes operate effectively and are aligned with the company objectives.
* To help maintain a positive team environment by displaying high levels of motivation and excellent team spirit.
* To assist with training of new members of staff.
* To provide effective communication with internal and external customers.
* Working with the Customer Services Manager to promote and manage ongoing Process improvements and efficiencies.



To be considered for the position you will have:

* A minimum of 2 years' experience working within a customer service department.
* Excellent IT skills
* Articulate
* Can work under pressure.
