This is an exciting opportunity to join our Business Insight team, working within the Customer Services Directorate and reporting to the Business Insight Manager. This role will help shape the future of business intelligence within the organisation, providing information to improve services and customer satisfaction.

If you have an interest in learning about the housing business and have excellent organisational and communication skills, this could be the role for you.

Main Duties

You will be responsible for preparing and analysing data to create performance reports; analysing data for our Board, Management Team, Managers and Councils. You will also be collecting and analysing customer satisfaction data, looking for trends and ways to improve customer satisfaction.

In addition you will be expected to communicate and liaise with managers on performance data and insight in respect of their service areas and undertake sector-based research and data analysis for one-off projects.

We are looking for someone who can work well in a team environment, but who is also able to work on their own initiative; has a keen eye for detail, is self-motivated and can work to strict deadlines.

Essential Requirements
• Excellent IT skills, including the ability to be able to generate system reports and interrogate ICT systems; knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information to a wide range of audiences.
• An understanding of research techniques and data analysis.

You may be expected to work in any of the EKH offices, as and when required.
