With a spacious open plan offices in the centre of Swanley, we’re a young, friendly and dynamic company where everyone works together as a team with a ‘yes can do’ attitude.
The position is for a part time Accounts Assistant to work directly with the Finance Manager, your role will include allocating remittance advice / credit card and petty cash reconciliation / raising sales invoices / dealing with queries on invoicing / assisting the Finance Manager with month end reporting and general ad hoc duties that arise. This is a part time position with flexible working hours (up to 15 hours per week). Sage and Excel would be an advantage but full training will be given.
