The role

This is a great opportunity to start a career in fundraising and help us to end homelessness in Kent. Working across a very busy department, you’ll be confident, organised and able to manage a range of different tasks and competing deadlines.

You’ll need excellent communication, literacy and numeracy skills, providing first-class administrative support as well as a high standard of customer service to our supporters and donors. As the first point of contact for members of the public wanting to support our work, you’ll understand how important first impressions are and have a professional and friendly manner both over the telephone and face-to-face.

Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be second to none and you’ll support the team to use an effective and accurate fundraising database. Your excellent computer skills will allow you to create reports and coordinate mailings, confidently supporting the team's requirements
