Contract Administrator

Joining a family-run business, the role of Contract Administrator is primarily working closely with the in-house engineers, collating information on each job after completion, to ensure sign-off by the Directors.
As Contract Administrator you will:-
* Gather and collate information on each job, including materials, travel, labour, etc
* Be compiling the information onto the in-house system to ensure each job is costed accurately.
* Working on approx. 5 separate jobs per day, for 12 engineers
* Be organised and have a methodical approach to your work
To be considered for this role as Administrator, you will:-
* Have excellent organisational and maths skills
* Be able to create and amend Excel spreadsheets
* Be confident and able to chase engineers for their paperwork etc
* Have experience of creating invoices, costings etc
Hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm and 9am-6pm on a two-week rotating shift pattern.
