A well respected Estate Agency with offices near Maidstone are currently seeking a Part-Time Sales Negotiator/Sales Progressor to join their busy and friendly team.
To be considered, the successful Part-Time Sales Negotiator/Sales Progressor will have previous experience of Estate Agency, fully understanding the sales process, enabling him/her to progress properties which are under offer and going through the conveyancing process.
The successful Part-Time Sales Negotiator/Sales Progressor will be required to work Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. There may be the need to increase your hours to cover the team during annual leave. It is envisaged in the future that hours may be increased if the successful Part-Time Sales Negotiator/Sales Progressor is interested (not guaranteed).
The successful Part-Time Sales Negotiator/Sales Progressor will have their own vehicle and driving license. You may be required to accompany some property viewings on an ad-hoc basis.
The successful Part-Time Sales Negotiator/Sales Progressor will be offered a basic salary (pro-rata) and there is the opportunity to earn further money through conveyancing and financial referrals.
