Our Client is looking for an assistant operations manager to join their team based in Maidstone. They are looking for someone that can help uphold their already fantastic reputation, ensuring efficiency throughout the team whilst delivering a great service for each of their customers.
As Assistant Operations Manager you will be managing a successful team ensuring that each event is as memorable as the last. As you will be part of each guest`s experience, it is important that you are proactive with your work and enjoy delivering outstanding customer satisfaction at each event. You will be working closely with the operations manager keeping them up to date with event preparation as well as other day to day responsibilities.
The Ideal Candidate will;
- Have excellent standard of house keeping
- Have good organisational skills
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance
- Be able to manage a team
- Be flexible with working hours as it will be working days, evenings and weekends
