Part Time Office Coordinator

My small but established client is now looking for a part time office coordinator to work part time 3 or possible 4 days per week.

You will support 2 recruitment consultants , main part of the role is in the financial aspect: This role will suit someone with finance experience.

Payruns for contractors, which are at various times during the weeks and months and therefore a good grasp of their CRM system is important.

Revenue forecast - tracking placements made, revenue forecasted, actual revenue recognised
Invoicing Contractors, invoicing clients
Collate contractor timesheets and invoices
Generate client sales invoices
Process contractor payments
Credit control
Process supplier invoices and payments
Liaise with Accountants for Cashflow projection
Provide internal staff payroll info to Accountant and ensure payments are made to clear on 28th of each month
CRM administrator - system usage, administer goals & quotas, run reports
Terms & Condition administration - saving and tracking terms agreed
Placement administration - Contractor generation, contractor compliance and on-boarding, after-care
Manage supplier relationships including:
IT Support - Communicate Better

Accountants - Tax Assist

CRM - Bullhorn

Financial System - Xero

Excellent location, small office, you must be happy working on your own, as well as supporting two recruitment consultants.

You will have good positive and forward thinking attitude. First class attention for detail as well as being highly organised as this is a busy role which carries responsibilities.

Annual full time basic salary equivalent 25k which will be pro rata'd.
