Working with one of the largest, most sophisticated insurance companies, you will be working directly within the management team; strategically driving the team forward and striving towards development and opportunities within the company and with the clients.
You will have experience working directly with clients and managing a team. You will need to have a commitment to meeting service levels and a contagious enthusiasm to deliver the best customer service possible.
Key responsibilities:
• Managing all aspects of service delivery within Client Services and bringing in new business
• Ensuring the management of the client services team and resources are in accordance with good practice and Company requirements
• Encouraging development and opportunities for all staff
• Interacting on a daily basis with policy holders
• Overseeing quality and adherence to regulatory and legislative compliance
• Striving for continuous improvement facilitating innovative and challenging ideas across all processes and systems
• Monitoring and reviewing systems to ensure work is carried out efficiently and effectively
• Contributing to the wider Corporate strategy, collaborating with all departments for the overall benefit of the Company and its members
