We are currently recruiting on behalf of our Paddock Wood based client, a reputable nationwide food producer and distributor, nestled in the heart of Kent.
As the Technical Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of development and planning, maintaining the companies high standards and keeping up with industry trends. If successful you will ensure all NPD and H&S is carried out in accordance with company standards and legislation.
To succeed in the opportunity, you will be measured on your competency levels in customer satisfaction levels, efficiency, inter-department relations and line management.
Person Specification:
* Must be educated to degree level or equivalent.
* Commercial awareness essential.
* HACCP (food and hygiene regulation) knowledge.
* Experience as a Technical Officer or a similar role with Project Management.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
