Night Shift Property Manager –
Pay - £10 per hour
30 hours per week.
Hours of work. 8pm till 12am Monday to Friday. 8pm till 1am Saturday. 8pm to 1am Sunday
4 days on 4 days off
My client is the South east’s fastest growing property management company.
We are currently looking to recruit a night shift property manager who is motivated and hardworking. We specialise in managing night to night accommodation across Kent including blocks of flats.
We require experienced property managers that are able to undertake basic maintenance, clean properties and deal with enquires via the phone and face to face.
To apply for this role it would be beneficially for you to have an understanding of the housing issues and property maintenance. It would be advantageous for you to have knowledge of the welfare benefit system. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and excellent problem solving, planning and recording skills.
Character profile:
Our ideal candidate will need to have previous experience as a cleaner, working independently, be able to send emails and use a tablet computer.
Our ideal candidate will need to be physically fit as there is an element of manual handling and be able to work under pressure.
A full DBS check will be needed.
