New Appointments Group are working alongside a leading East Kent private medical service to find an experienced, skilled Medical Secretary for a temporary assignment, with a view to becoming permanent.
This role requires at least two years' audio typing experience and two years medical experience in order to provide clinicians with a high quality service using audio dictation facilities. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and assist with clerical duties including booking appointments, checking results, sending letters/emails and any other general administration.
Successful candidates must have outstanding customer service skills and excellent telephone manner as well as the ability to be sympathetic, discreet and professional at all times.
Full time 37.5 hours per week.
