Elgate Products Limited is looking to recruit an experienced
Sales Office Assistant
The applicant should be well organised with a proven record in administration and customer service involving developing bonds with customers and aiming to establish relationships to support the company’s reputation for quality customer service. Duties will involve dealing with customer enquiries, order processing, product knowledge, the company website and all aspects of administrative support for the Sales Office and field Sales team. Must be able to work efficiently and accurately within a busy environment. Good communication skills with an excellent telephone manner are required. The ideal applicant needs to be computer literate with good experience of Microsoft Word and Excel and training will be given on our in-house software. Telesales and/or knowledge of Export procedures and Sales Ledger would be an advantage.
This is a full-time, permanent position and the successful applicant would report directly to the Sales Office Manager.
