We are a growing independent Insurance intermediary specialising in Commercial Vehicle, Motor Trade, Fleet Insurance, HGV Insurance, Liability Insurance, Van Insurance and Car Insurance.
We are looking for highly motivated Administration individuals with experience in the insurance / broker industry to join our existing busy team.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
• Experience in the Insurance industry for at least 1 year
• A hard working attitude who shows initiative
• The ability to work well under pressure and adapt to any situation
• Conscientious and confident, and well presented when meeting the public or insurers.
In return we offer:
• We offer excellent rates of pay and other benefits which are outlined within the interview. Salary guidelines are: £17.5k + depending on insurance experience – this is negotiable.
• A full training package and continuous development support and the prospect to progress within the company.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Your role will include dealing with all necessary administration, but not limited to, the following duties:
• Insurance Diary
• Incoming and outbound calling
• Insurer and customer documentation processing
• Renewal document processing
• Finance and funding
• Dealing with customers face to face
• Generating presentation and fact finders
• Completing industry training
• Office filing & post renewals
• Finance and funding
• Completing industry training and assisting with training
• Organising and prioritising workloads
