Our client is expanding and needs a trainee Recruitment Executive to join their lovely team – superb office based on the outskirts of Sevenoaks with great benefits including private health cover, pension and fantastic commission rates (up to £10k a year).
The right candidate will have some business development or sales experience, strong organisation skills and a passion for good customer service. Degree level education
Duties include:
- Selecting the right candidates, matching them to clients
- Requesting references and checking suitability of candidates
- Arranging interviews, communicating well with candidates and clients alike
- Researching new contacts
- Keeping systems updated
- Liaison with all parties throughout the process
- Advising on market trends, salaries, employment law and legislation affecting the supply of contract personnel.
