Business Development Manager – Sandwich - £40-42K Depending on Experience Plus Commission
Our clients are a very established Timber Specialists in the design and manufacture of timber frames and staircases based in East Kent. We are looking for a ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager.
Role:
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify a new client base
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Keep records of sales, revenue, etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback to the directors
• After sales support
Requirements:
• Experience in residential builds is essential
• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
• Proven sales track record
• Experience in customer support is a plus
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport
