Trainee IT Support Executive
Maidstone
Salary up to £21k DOE
Our client based in Maidstone are seeking a Trainee IT Support Executive to join their growing team. The role will involve providing day to day technical administration and support of their suite of applications.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* You will provide first and second line product solution support, resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
* You will log support calls on a database, maintain internal records and systems and undertake any general administration as required.
* Full training and support provided
A genuine passion for technology and an excellent phone manner is essential. Those experienced or educated in IT would be highly desirable
