KHR Recruitment are currently looking for 6x Customer Service Advisors to join a business in Tunbridge Wells on a temporary basis to cover peak period.
Our client provides B2B services for leading customers across the world and have an exciting and very busy 10 day event starting on the 27th May and they require experienced outbound Customer Service Advisors to join the already busy team.
Running 27th May - 5th June 2019.
Various day and night shifts available!
The Customer Service Advisors will be responsible for calling existing customers, gathering information and inviting the customers to specific VIP events or to upgrade their product. This role will be heavily focused on outbound calling so the candidate must be confident on the phone.
Requirements include:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good telephone manner
- Reliability
- Ability to use initiative
- Able to work under pressure
- Typing skills of 40-60 WPM
Paying £9-10.00ph.
