Our client a successful multinational organisation with a number of offices and depots across the country are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Account Executive to join their growing team.
If you have bags of charisma, excellent customer service skills and have superior people skills with experience of working in a telesales environment than this role could be for you.
Responsibilities:
* Working to and exceeding set KPIs and sales targets;
* Selling the products and benefits of the company's services;
* Developing relationships and maintaining good customer relationships;
* Close sales deals over the telephone and go the "extra mile" to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales.
Requirements:
* Proven experience within telesales or other sales/customer service role;
* Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the telephone;
* Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and understand the customers objections.
