Chef – Sandwich- £23-25K Flex
Our Client is a well-known leading leisure operator, with successful restaurants, hotels and pubs within the East Kent area.
They are currently looking for an experienced Chef to join one of their restaurants, which serve a variety of British and Mediterranean Classics.
Duties will include the overall running of the Kitchen and:
• Preparing menus and ensuring all dishes are being prepared to the correct recipes and to the correct quantity
• Your section is clean and maintained at all times
• To ensure all stock is ordered and up to date
• You are required to be a good communicator and able to work well within a busy environment and as a team.
The successful chef will be joining a well established company that offer a competitive salary and benefits. Lovely restaurant. No split shifts.
