My client is looking for a Master Technician for their Volume car dealership in Tunbridge Wells. You will be working with a popular volume brand at this very busy location. This is a very well respected dealer group who genuinely care for their employees and offer further opportunities to progress.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately.
Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade.
Conduct routine maintenance work (servicing, brake pads and discs, exhausts etc) aiming to improve vehicle functionality and longevity.
Schedule future maintenance sessions and advise motorists on good vehicle use.
Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job and keep the Service Team informed at all times.
Keep logs on work and issues.
MOT Testing

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role.
Ability to maintain high standards of customer service
Ability to drive your team
Full, clean licence
