Insurance Team Leader
Barker Munro Recruitment, a renowned name in the Kent insurance recruitment market is currently working with a growing claims business who are now looking to add a Team Leader to their team.
The role of Team Leader will entail you providing support and development to your team of 6 staff, communicating team goals and identifying areas for training and development. You will lead through example, providing quality customer service, including managing a small portfolio, answering customer enquiries and effectively handling customer complaints. It's a busy team with high call volumes, so you will also be responsible for managing the incoming calls and distributing the right amount of team members on the phones to cover the calls at any given time and within service level agreements. Other areas you will be exposed to will be recruitment of team members, auditing claims, 121's, setting deadlines, conducting team meetings and delivering a 1st class and enjoyable working environment.

To be considered for the role of Insurance Team Leader you will be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of working in an insurance business or ideally within a claims environment. Key is your ability to converse with customers in a service orientated setting where you are able to demonstrate leadership qualities and attributes.
