We are an expanding firm of chartered accountants and chartered tax advisors, based in Rochester, and we are now seeking a suitable candidate to fulfill an exciting and diverse tax advisory role.
The successful candidate will work within a team and the responsibilities will include:
- assisting with technical queries and investigations
- dealing with routine compliance, both personal and corporate
- meeting clients and being involved in tax planning meetings
- reviewing Self Assessment and Corporate Tax Computations and Returns
- training of less experienced members of the tax team
- liaising with HM Revenue & Customs where required
The ideal candidate:
- ATT or CTA qualified, or at least 5 years tax experience in practice
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Knowledge of all taxes relevant within the OMB business sector
- Conscientious and highly accurate
- Reliable and well organised
- Able to work to tight deadlines
