NEW Permanent support role for a bright capable individual to join a team of 3 supporting 80+ users across 2 sites.
There will be some travel to the City of London offices but the bulk of the work will be Sevenoaks based.
Support will involve logging calls and problem resolution both over the phone and face to face, escalating issues where needed to 3rd line / external suppliers.
A broad understanding around ITIL / help desk / service desk needing couple with good technical skills across:
Windows 7/10 operating systems
PC Hardware
MS Office
Printers / Hardware
Networking
Active Directory (Group Policy)
RDP
Office365 / Cloud skills a bonus.
Good opportunity to gain experience in a financial regulated company with City of London travel.
