My client is looking to recruit the services of a talented Finance Manager / Financial Controller, to bolster their strong finance team.  The business has undergone a significant growth and developed an increasingly international footprint over the years.

Working closely with the Finance Director, this role centres on the overseeing and developing of the monthly reporting schedules and all associated commercial analysis.
 
In detail, this position will:
 
- Review and present the monthly management accounts packs for different department areas, including P&L and balance sheet analysis
- Budget and half year forecast preparation and presentation to senior management with graphical reports
- Preparation of seasonal financial performance reviews, including customer and vendor analysis
- Weekly KPI dashboard preparation and presentation to the commercial team, covering procurement and sales activities
- Manage a small accounts team and be responsible for developing their output
- Ad hoc projects around process improvement, system development and financial strategies
 
Fully qualified candidates are sought for this highly visual, key position. You will enjoy early autonomy and influence your stakeholders, providing insight and context behind the reporting and financial processes in an engaging and jargon-free way.  Strong Excel skills (comfortable with pivots, V-lookups, financial models) along with a genuine interest in IT and IT systems is required. An FMCG or Import/Export background would be highly advantageous.
