Building Fabric Maintenance Technician - Dartford - £28 - £30k

Our client based in Dartford is currently looking for a Building Fabric Maintenance Technician to join their current team.

Duties:

* Undertaking electrical and mechanical repairs of building and domestic services plant, infrastructure and building fabric, fixtures and fittings
* Monitoring the company's fire system, BMS (lighting systems) and the water harvesting system on site
* General maintenance duties including; plumbing, carpentry and painting
* Conducting PPM's to the maintenance programme
* Compliance with safety and environmental policies and procedures

Qualifications:

* 2 years working experience as a building fabric and electrical/mechanical technician
* Electrical qualification
* Plumbing experience
* IEMA Certificate desirable
* L8 Legionella Control
* Knowledge of working in compliance with UK industrial safety standards
* Health and Safety Qualification
* IPAF desirable
