Underwriting Administrator & Personal Assistant

A really exciting opportunity in dynamic and evolving environment.
An opportunity to join a newly created Lloyds Coverholder who will start underwriting niche marine risks very shortly.
The business will underwrite global non-standard Hull,Machinery,War & IV risks via Lloyds brokers and directly with insured's on a direct and fac. basis.
As this is a new enterprise, you will be responsible for a broad range of administrative support duties working closely with the 2 Underwriters.
You will be responsible for managing the efficient functioning of the office, provide personal assistant support and also handle underwriting administration duties. In essence your role will be to allow the underwriters to focus on building client relationships and underwrite risks by effectively managing all other functions.
- As this is a new enterprise, our client is looking for someone who is adaptable and able to multi-task, as well as sharing their entrepreneurial mind set.
- Experience of office management or within a personal assistant role is ideal.
- Alternatively, our client will look at applicant from a broker or underwriting support role, who would be happy to take on PA and Office management duties.
