Customer Service & Sales Co-ordinator - Aylesford - £28k
Our client is currently recruiting a Customer Service & Sales Co-ordinator to join their busy team in an office based in Aylesford. This is the perfect opportunity for an individual looking to develop their current skill-set within a well established company.
* Resolving customer enquiries and complaints whilst delivering excellent customer service
* Processing quotations, order confirmations, purchase orders and sales invoices
* Liaising with our planning, technical ordering and finance departments to organise customer information
* Managing logistics and warehousing for delivery of finished goods
* Recording and updating customer and job data via Filemaker and SOP (Shuttleworth) systems
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to prioritise tasks, meet strict deadlines and keep calm under pressure
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to build and maintain good relationships
* Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Enthusiastic and confident
Monday - Friday 9 - 5pm/ 8 - 4pm
