Our client, a top 25 Accountancy and Financial Services firm, is looking for an experienced Accountant to join their growing team.

Based at their Canterbury office, you will oversee a portfolio of owner managed business clients, taking responsibility for client billing and recovery of internal costs.

At least 3 years recent experience in practice is essential for this role, along with full ACCA, AAT OR ACA qualification.

Practice Accountant Responsibilities will include:

* Controlling a portfolio of clients, ensure that compliance matters are dealt with on time
* Ensuring all client administrative matters are up to date and accurate
* Providing support to supervisors and managers, and supervising junior staff
* Travelling to and from clients' premises and other offices from time to time

Practice Accountant Requirements:

* At least 3 years' experience in practice
* Qualified to ACA, ACCA or AAT level
* Excellent communication skills
* Self-driven and highly motivated
* Strong attention to detail
