An exciting opportunity for a R&D Engineer to join a growing and forward thinking business in the heart of Swale.
Working with both Senior Management and the R&D team to manage projects so that they are introduced on time and within budget - the successful person will have at least two years' experience in a metal work fabricating environment and have a high standard of drawing experience.
You will be a natural communicator at all levels and be confident in providing analytical and problem solving to the tasks being managed
The role will require ability to project plan and road map all aspects of a busy workload - covering multiple projects and key accounts. This role is within a fast paced and busy manufacturing business - successful candidates will come from a similar background business and be seeking the next step in their career.
Travel to client premises will be required as part of the role and you will be required to be a car owner/driver to be eligible to take up the role.
