A Quality Manager is required to join an expanding manufacturing business based in Mid-Kent.
Working within a skilled management team, the chief remit of the role will be to manage and control the quality control function throughout the business.
Key accountabilities will include:
* Manage the quality process by ensuring that production quality is defined and maintained by implementing and executing a robust quality control process;
* Identify areas for improvement within the department and review customer requirements to make sure they are met;
* Taking responsibility for overall staffing operations the quality function;
* Being held accountable for DFMEA, control plans and process flow charts etc.
Candidates will be experienced quality professionals within an industrial, manufacturing environment - ideally with working knowledge of metal fabrication.
You will be able to evidence managerial experience in your application, or at least have proven ability to supervise a small, high performing team. You will possess strong influencing and engagement skills - adept communication skills to liaise with numerous internal and external stakeholders.
Immediate interviews and starts are available for the right candidate. Owing to the location of the firm - candidates will need to have their own transport.
